Lugerner has earned critical acclaim for albums including In Solitude, An Eight Out of Nine, and Urban Crawl, with praise from The New York Times and The Village Voice. A longtime leader in the jazz community and Director of Educational and Festival Programming at Stanford Jazz Workshop, he has collaborated with Fred Hersch, Myra Melford, Taylor Eigsti, and many more.
