Enter Ahkeel Mestayer, percussionist extraordinaire and ethnomusicologist in the SF Bay Area. Rooted in Afro-Cuban tradition and jazz, Ahkeel's fusion-driven approach spans genres from rock to salsa, always pushing boundaries.
